Ryder was established in 1953 as Ryder and Yates and now works across the UK from offices in Newcastle, London, Glasgow and Liverpool and internationally from our Hong Kong office and through Ryder Alliance with partner offices in Australia and Spain. Projects range in value from £50,000 to £300m in the civic, education, healthcare, infrastructure, leisure, manufacturing, office, residential and science sectors.
|Grimsby School of Art|
The relocation of the existing school of art and design onto the main campus. Work included a mix of new build, refurbishment and extension. Grimsby Institute’s existing four storey block has been fully refurbished to accommodate the facility and a four storey extension now ties into the building’s floor levels. The design enables performing arts and music to be located within the same building. It comprises a 200 seat theatre, dance studio, theatre, control rooms and studios.
